Development Ministers of G-20 members, foreign representatives participated in Ganga Aarti
Foreign delegates attending the G-20 development ministers' meeting at Kashi, participated in the Ganga Aarti on Sunday evening.
The foreign guests who arrived at Kashi participated in the Ganga Aarti organized at Dasashwamedha Ghat and witnessed the Ganga Aarti which took place amid conch, bell, drum and chanting of Mother Ganga. A special aarti was arranged for the foreign guests and nine priests performed the aarti of Mother Ganga.
India's External Affairs Minister Dr. Jaishankar presided over 200 foreign guest delegates including development ministers from G-20 countries.
Dashashwamedha Ghat was decorated with garlands and lights on this occasion. Ganga Aarti started with Ganapati Puja by offering flowers to the idol of Devadhideva Mahadev.
